Patented Perma-Pile™ System

Drilled pier work isn't always the answer. Countless homeowners have had unsatisfactory results in spite of great expense. Also, drilled pier work typically takes up to two weeks to complete.

The Perma-Pile System is ideal for foundations in the gulf coast region. Precast concrete cylinders eliminate the need to mix and pour concrete. Home foundation repairs are clean, effective, permanent, and quick; normally 2-3 days to complete.

How Perma-Pile™ is different

Our precast concrete cylinders (6” in diameter and 12” in length) are hydraulically driven beneath the foundation beam to achieve what's called "total refusal." Total refusal happens when the cylinders have reached strata that can comfortably and effectively support their load.

Loads are automatically compensated and used positively to drive the piles to the required depth
  • Loads are automatically compensated and used positively to drive the piles to the required length
  • Piles test the soil while driven. Depth is determined by soil composition and the skin friction needed to support the load
  • Alignment starts at the surface and continues throughout the pilings depth
  • With no drilling, there's no initial settlement caused by debris in a drilled hole

How Pema-Pile™ is Different (our humble way of saying it’s better)

We use precast concrete cylinders (6” in diameter and 12” in length) that are hydraulically driven beneath the foundation beam to achieve what's called "total refusal." Total refusal happens when the cylinders have reached strata that can comfortably and effectively support their load.
